Seasons Change

With the autumn weather and changes finally here, I felt it was a good time to reflect on the fact that everything we love will change. Everything we cling to will fade, sooner or later, in ways both subtle and sudden. Grief teaches this with a cruel clarity, and yet it is not meant to punish us—it is meant to awaken us. Watching a flower bloom and wither, feeling the shifting of seasons, witnessing the fragility of human life, we learn that suffering and beauty exist together, inseparably. To live is to encounter endings at every turn, but to live mindfully is to honor the moments that arise before they pass. There is no need to control, no need to force permanence; the world will teach its lessons whether we resist or surrender. Peace comes in observing without clinging, in loving without ownership, in recognizing that every life, every breath, every moment is fleeting and sacred.

And what do you have to say about that?
